🛡️ What’s Covered?

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
  • Battery or motor issues under normal usage
  • Structural defects (frame, wheels, etc.)
  • Charging system or display malfunctions

⏳ Warranty Duration

All Moovon products come with a minimum 12-month warranty. Some premium brands may offer up to 24 months. Warranty begins from the delivery date.

🚫 What’s Not Covered?

  • Normal wear and tear (tires, brakes, grips, etc.)
  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications
  • Water or weather damage not covered by the product’s rating
  • Loss or theft

📝 How to File a Warranty Claim

To submit a warranty request, contact our support team at support@moovon.shop with:

  • Your order number
  • Date of purchase
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos or videos showing the problem

🔧 Warranty Resolution

If your claim is approved, we’ll offer a free repair, replacement, or refund — depending on the issue and product type.

Most cases are resolved within 5–10 business days from the date we receive full documentation.
